Hazer is a light red merle male... whose story is unwritten. But he's working on it like his other litter mates. I chose Hazer's name because I'm a big fan of Bulldoggin and a Steer Wrestler wouldn't be able to catch his steer if it wasn't for his hazer keeping the steer tucked in close. Also in Team Roping the header relies upon the heeler to haze and set the steer up for the head catch. Hazers' have an important job helping their partner. Hazer has been the most aggressive with his litter mates from day one, the most observant of his surroundings, the friendliest but the slowest to turn on and go to stock but we finally made it. He may very well be my next RWCH. Check out the few picture I captured this week during Hazer's day working sheep.
Check back often for updates. 01/20/2008 |
